Continuing with the Nintendo music, here is a real treat. This guy is like some idiot savant piano playing gamer. His name is Martin Leung, or the Video Game Pianist. Check out this great Zelda video and then head over to his site for mp3’s and even more videos.

E3 is almost here. In order to make the days go by a little quicker Im going to be posting some media from last years E3 over the next few weeks. This first video (and quite a few more) is from James Montagna. He was at E3 last year and was able to get some awesome footage that you wont see on the big sites. Great stuff!

This first clip is of Mario, who is being controlled by Charles Martinet, talking to the audience. Absolutely hilarious.

Alright, now you have three ways to get the video. Rapid share (boo! hiss!), BitTorrent and a direct link from Boon. I would just like to thank Boon for being such a pal and hosting the video for me.

I found this great article on Booth Babes through Planet Gamecube. Its a great little snapshot into what really goes on with these girls and how they feel. As much as I love looking at sexy women, I know I would probably do the same thing if I were at E3. I like to get to know people and find out what is really going on.

Anyway, check out this great article and then head over to Planet Gamecube for their article with even more links:

Kotaku recently sat down with the traveling Nintendo ‘Road To E3′ van and had the opportunity to try out a bunch of new games. This may be the first time Ive actually heard of anyone playing Killer 7. And it sounds pretty good. Head on over there to read about some of the games and check back tomorrow for coverage of some DS games.

Sega has released their in-house animation program called Animanium. Im wondering exactly why they have though. Seem like it was just to make a quick buck because, although the program seems nice, theres nothing to it that you cant do in Lightwave, 3D Studio or Maya.

It is fairly cheap, but again, its only an animation solution. You cannot model anything in Animanium, instead you must import your models from another program. It does look like it could simplify rigging and provide a nice simple IK program though.

I only briefly played with the demo, so I may be missing something. Its cool, but I just dont see the point.

Two DS games now have their own mini sites. Goemon, which I havent seen much of since E3, and Devilish.

Even though Need For Speed: Underground 2 isnt even out for the DS, EA has announced they will be bringing the next game in the series, Need for Speed: Most Wanted to the DS as well. They have also announced that SSX 4 will be released on the DS. I loved SSX3, so this is pretty cool, but what I really want is a remake of the original 1080.

Tim Schuerewegen, the man who was reportedly working with TeamXLink writing a custom windows driver for the RT2500 wireless chipset, has successfully downloaded and run mutliboot code on the DS wirelessly from a PC. The execution method is the same as the passme; redirect ARM7 execution to the GBA cart/slot (0×08000000) and capture the ARM9.

What does this mean? With Tims driver (when released) and a compatible RT2500 wireless card/usb adapter you can download and run homebrew code without a passme. This magical driver also opens the doors for a REAL tunnelling solution as long as these geniuses continue to work on it.

DS LinkUp? Nope, this is the real deal. This picture came from a new catalogue (the same one the Metroid Pinball scans came out of) Nintendo is distributing. Its good to see that they are starting to get the word out.

‘Special software required - coming soon.’ Is this referring to the game, or some kind of wifi suite Nintendo is planning? I could see them making some kind of internet application and put it on a GBA card.

[Now Playing| Polarium Demo]

Well, lets get back to real, confirmed news postings. Nintendo has opened a Polarium Mini Site with videos and a demo of the game.

Off subject a bit, anyone know who the DS girl is? Probably just a no-name model, but she certainly is cute!

Game Informer was recently able to sit down with Nintendogs. Billy Berghammer, one of the few decent gaming journalists out there, in my opinion, has been reluctant to buy a DS or even recommend one to others. Now with games like ElectroPlankton and Nintendogs he is finally behind the DS and understands what it can bring to the table.

I think its so cool that there is an indie toy market out there. Goes to show that no matter what your interest, as long as youre hungry and can get your product out there, others will buy it. And who doesnt like sweet toys?
