Once you chose a key, you will need to head over to this website and enter the key. From there, they will send you an email with the Xbox 360 marketplace code. The beta will officially start on March 8th.

What will you be able to try out? This particular beta gives you access to the twenty-player online races, several race tracks (based on real-world locations), a bunch of licensed cars, and a preview of the game’s social networking features. Pretty neat, eh?

I have a Gmail account and tried using that for the account creation process but it kept telling me that my email was already in use (despite the site itself being unable to find any account information for it). I then decided to use my AIM email account and it worked without any problems. Hopefully this helps anyone else having this same problem.
