Mega Man 10 Trailer
The Mega Man 10 trailer was released today and it shows a game very similar to the one released last year. Before you watch the trailer though, look back at this NP Preview of the game and tell me that this robot’s plight is not a sad one. It looks like Mega Man is making this triumphant pose and accidentally shoots this poor robot in the head, who was obviously just coming up to congratulate him.
If anyone needs to be shot, it’s that freak robot to the left of him with ram horns, pincers, and a long, gray ponytail.

That interpretation of the illustration is hilarious!
The trailer’s vibe brings condensed nostalgia. It’s funny knowing that this game isn’t “the past”, but present with everything that made past games what they were (I mean, it’s core is rooted firmly in the old days). That’s a recipy for confusing feelings!

It saddens me greatly that they have a special section of the trailer for “easy mode.” I guess games have to get dumbed down to appeal to a broader audience though. *shrug*

I don’t see what the trouble is with Easy Mode. There are people who haven’t been playing Mega Man games for the last 20 years and it gives them a chance to get into the series.
Of course, I won’t be using it.

Megaman was my alltime fav game growing up.
I love the series and i cant wait for #10.
Love to know who the bosses are.
