Image (Craft?) of the Day – Adventure Games!

Given my incredible love for the Idle Thumbs podcast, I was devastated after the final-ish episode hit last week. I’ve spent so many hours laughing about wizards and Far Cry 2 with these guys, and the demise of their show has left a hole in my heart that is just barely filled by the Bombcast.

At least they gave us one more laugh – listener Xeneth sent this totally 100% real cross-stitch to co-host Jake Rodkin (who you may know from his work at Telltale). And yes – honey on the cat hair does make a mustache. Trust me on that.

While we’re on the subject of Idle Thumbs – go and listen to their music. The Ballad of John Riccitello is an epic morality tale of EA and Activision, and Remember is one hell of a video game folk anthem.
