On The Shelves This Week 11.09

Just like an ancient prophecy, Modern Warfare 2 has arrived, not to end the world, but certainly threatening to bring an end to many gamers’ social lives. Analysts tell us the world will actually end when the weight of the 200 billion copies sold pulls the Earth into the Sun. We’re checking on this, but it sounds pretty legit.

But it isn’t all about bullets, because we’ll certainly be checking out the new Excite Bike, and Bomberman hits the DSi to tempt your nostalgic excitement, assuming you can find it buried beneath a flood of Electroplankton. Badass Rumble is also punching the PSP’s sweetspot, and apparently Frogger has returned, which is strange because we didn’t noticed that he’d ever left.
