Hello Player 1
I know that most of you already own a Wii or two, but this price drop (now confirmed) is fantastic for the few of you still on the fence. Are you one of those people? You might want to consider grabbing your system on Amazon. Right now, they are tossing a $25 gift card to anybody that buys the system.
Want a few games for the system? The astonishingly awesome ExciteBots dropped down to a cool twenty smackers today. No idea how long the sale will last (it’s not the deal of the day), so get on that. Twenty bucks is a great price for what is the best racer on the platform. Since you’re pretty much going to both of these games anyways, Wii Fit and Wii Play are both ten dollars off ($80 and $40, respectively). While I’m kinda cold on Wii Fit, Wii Play is definitely worth grabbing. With that discount, you’re basically getting a free game with your second Wii controller.
Oh, and it’s not out yet, but Amazon is giving away $10 gift card to anybody that preorders New Super Mario Bros. Wii. If you’re a Wii owner, you’re probably buying the game, so the card is a nice gift.
Thanks to Eric for pointing out a couple of those deals.

ExciteBots is SO good. I love it.
When you order a new game (such as NSMBWii) from a website like Amazon, does it normally arrive in the mail on the day of release, or does it ship on the day of release?

ExciteBots is freaking awesome. What a great deal!

@shineget.net: I’ve had it happen both ways, depends on the game. Most of the time, it ships on the release date. NSMB might be big enough that they will do release-date delivery.
