I actually have it as a free downloadable from the JPSN. Based on the cover it looks like maybe they collected all the costly DLC and put it on a disc, so if so how much does said disc cost? I don't think I've ever seen more than two people wear eyepatches in America ever. I would ask if having eye-folds inhibits 3D perception, leading to more accidental eye-gouging, but here in Hawaii, there are a ton of Asians and no eyepatches.
