Hello Player 1
California Extreme may sound like a ridiculous title, something that would be applied to a Bay-helmed skating movie, but it may just be the perfect moniker for this show. This yearly convention is a celebration, a revelry in the arcade culture of the seventies and eighties. It is a weekend where the stars of that scene can relive their glory days and those who are too young can travel back to a time where you would have to leave the home to play the greatest video games.
Remember that scene in Tron at the improbably large arcade? As I walked into the convention hall, I was pretty sure that I had stumbled into that exact arcade. Flashing lights and sounds drew my attention in every direction. It was glorious.

I’ve never heard of this before and I have no idea why. TIME TO CHECK IT OUT!

This looks amazing. Makes me want to get some sort of tall slurpee like beverage and wander the halls of this arcade.

I agree, slurpees are to classic arcade games, what gatorade is to sports.
