On The Shelves This Week 03.30
Guitar Hero: Metallica came out Sunday, I’m sure some of you grabbed it. The DSi is coming out next Sunday. What color are you getting? I’m picking up a blue one, if I can, since I haven’t pre-ordered one. Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust, that series brings so many childhood memories. The last 3D version they made wasn’t that good though, or maybe it’s because I’m more mature?

Maybe it’s just me, but the Amazon links never work. Actually, there never are Amazon links. I clicked on every game above, but none of them took me to Amazon. Just wanted to let you guys know. (I’m using Firefox, BTW.)

I don’t have the money to get one now, so I’m going to hope they make a firetruck-red one by Christmas. Since it’s basically the successor to the Game Boy Camera, I want it to be the same color as the Game Boy Chunky I had back then, for nostalgia points.

The XBLA release this week is Dishwasher: Dead Samurai and I’m stoked for it. Also, XBL Gold deal is Alien Hominid HD for $5. Can’t wait for Dishwasher.
I also might pick up Rhythm Heaven, though I have so much more on my plate.

I still haven’t decided whether to get a DSi or not yet. I was worried because I want all the cool Japanese games that we likely won’t see, and now Nintendo has decided to launch with white on every continent but this one, which basically means I’ll be partially disappointed with my DSi purchase no matter what. (Oh well, I am getting a bit used to disappointment when dealing with Nintendo these days… sigh.)
