I am a big fan of the Grasshopper Manufacture game No More Heroes. I played this game for the first time at last years TGS. A few days ago Marvelous informed me that the director of No More Heroes, Suda51, was going to make an announcement at TGS. So of course, I went to the show expecting something fun. Suda delivered as usual and Kate got it on film. If you listen closely you can hear me screaming like a teenager at a rock concert. Click below to continue on to the embarrassing video.


It turns out that I (and Patch from Eegra.com) was sitting directly behind the character designer and mechanical designer for the No More Heroes series. After the show was over I got a chance to chat with them a bit and take the picture below.

I have to say I am pretty excited for a sequel to No More Heroes. I thought the first game had a lot of flaws but was great despite them. I think a sequel with more time and money invested into it could iron out those problems and be a really solid title. I am looking forward to hearing more about this game. I will keep all of you posted.
