Happy September everybody! Continuing this week is another issue of our one-panel comic project, Rebel Bytes. I figured, what would a new face of the concept of infinity look like to kids these days? Then I realized, what kids these days even know about Bubble Bobble?

I like it!
I doubt that kids now days don’t know about Bubble Bobble, the only games made lately are just terrible.

Great, I just woke up and now the Bubble Bobble song is playing in my head. Make it stop! (Otherwise, another great job.)

I love Bubble Bobble…
I downloaded a NES emulator just so I could play it again.

I had Bubble Bobble for the C64, and it always reminds me of the volatility of gaming on the Commodore 64, tenseley waiting with crossed fingers while the tape loaded and hoping that at the end of 20 minutes of flashing colours and weird noises you’d have a working game to play!

Bubble Bobble is my favorite classic game.

the comic says “for generation y”…which is my generation i think (I’m 25), and I, like everyone else that commented on here totally know bubble bobble
…I’m pretty sure it’s for our generation more than kids…i think we are generation y

I know one thing about Bubble Bobble. No, TWO things. A) The game is instantly 1000x more awesome with a turbo button on your controller. Also, missing the crystal ball, and getting the bad ending after hours of playing cancels out that awesome.
