We announced back in April that Capcom was offering replacement covers to ‘outraged’ gamers who bought the scandalous IGN-watermarked copy of Okami for the Wii.
The official word is, with a bit of luck and bribes to the mailman, you might be seeing your covers shortly. Only one package will make its way to each household, but as an apology for the delay, Capcom has sent you all three covers instead of just one. Soon, Ammy’s new portraits will grace walls across North America, with the original cover art sans watermark hidden on the flipside. If you missed out the first time, you can still get your covers here, but you’ll have to use your own ink!

I hope it’s nice looking stuff, suitable for framing in a nerd room.

What a bummer. I was moving at the time and not keeping up on the news, so I never knew about the program. Well, I guess I can still print my own.

I’m not even sure if I’ll get mine
I registered but since I’m in Canada I’m not sure how well it translates when putting it into American set address stuff.
I got a confirmation saying I had registered and they knew that I wanted my replacement slips, but I never got another confirmation saying that they were sent out.
It’s been like 6 months now I believe and I’m getting really really skeptical and that makes me sad.

I also signed up in Canada. I was beginning to think they had forgotten about the whole thing but maybe there is still some hope.
