I’ve placed a link about it in the news get earlier this week, but didn’t have time to make an actual post about it. High Voltage’s FPS, “The Conduit”, sounds and looks better each time we see it in the news. IGN got us some new screenshots and The Conduit Information Center got a Q&A with the devs with some interesting tidbits.
- *Offline play is single player only
- *3 modes of online multiplayer
- *They mention LAN play possibility (does this mean system link up?)
- *They’re trying to get voice chat in (where’s our mic?)

This game does sound better and better.
I hope they get a publisher soon…hell, Nintendo ought to publish it. This kind of game will do the Wii some good.

looks like a cross between Goldeneye and Metroid. Shoot aliens in a suit!

this game really came outa nowhere. i hope there is online/LAN co-op play. not enough games have co-op…

I hope they learn from other Wii first person games about control.
They’ve obviously got the graphics and imagination, but control and exciting gameplay will be key.
I’m really looking forward to reading more about this, I guess during E3. It did come out of nowhere but it’s exactly the kind of game I want.
