Reminder: Go See ‘Be Kind, Rewind’ On the 22nd!

If you’re anybody who’s anybody, you’re either one of two things: a fan of Michel Gondry, or someone who has at least given his work the time of day. If you’re not any of those two things, there’s a good chance that you’re not really anybody. Don’t fret though! Consider yourself one of the lucky ones! On the 22nd, ‘Be Kind, Rewind’ ““ Gondry’s latest joint ““ hits theaters! Go see it, and you’ll be on the list again!

Starring Jack Black and Mos Def as owners of a VHS rental store in Jersey, the movie follows what happens when Black comes into their store completely magnetized, thus erasing the data on every tape they own. In a pinch, the guys have to utilize Gondry’s penchant for folky special effects to re-record shortened versions (‘swedes’) of all time American classics.

I dunno about you guys, but, I’m stoked for this movie.
