Today, Sega unveiled what might be the best Wii game ever. Forget Bioshock, this is seriously the game of the year. It has been ages, but the time has finally come for the return of the mighty FMV title. The Wii gets knocked for being the weaker system, but these are some photo-realistic graphics. I mean, it has real actors and everything!
In Mibri & Tebri, players will engage in a strategic game of charades where they try to identify what the on-screen actors are doing. I suspect that the difficulty will need to be tuned down before release. From the screencaps, I have no idea what is going on.
If Escape from Bug Island can make it to the US, hopefully this will get the translation treatment too. Even if it doesn’t, this is sure to be the best game from Sega in years.

Don’t import a Wii, get a modchip. Much cheaper.
And what? What is this game? I mean yeah, it’s like the 3DO…I’m going to turn on my Wii and expect to be able to watch an episode of Batman: The Animated Series or something after playing this. (Hm, I wonder if anyone remembers that…)

i saw these yesterday and was flaber gasted adn today im still flaber gasted but im also so glad to see that other people have noticed that Zangief & Borat both are in it, made me laugh soo much and the gay bar scene wow just stunning.
i totaly agree about the 3D0 too and yes some of us do remember watching batman the animated series ontheir 3D0 although my friend didnt have the proper add on and he just had the sample disc with 1 ep on it shame.

Cant figure it out till I see footage of it.
But it looks rather fun despite the odd look.
However I think that if its gonna get a US release it’ll have to have to have remade graphics and things.
The kiddy looking backgroudns and the full grown actors going about might set off some idoits thinking its some sorta mature game or something.
I think its a good bet that it’ll be a Japanese only release due to translation problems unfortunitly.
Though I think Id be embaressed to play the game infront of poeple anyway. Fun yes, weird, very. Maybe if they replaced the backgrounds with real photos it would tone down the weird kiddy feeling a bit.
