In less than three hours from now at 9AM Pacific time, the floodgates of the E3 2007 Nintendo press conference swing open, hopefully followed by plenty of megaton announecemts that blow minds and break internets.
I say hopefully because you just never know with these things. Microsoft, for instance, had a very solid showing last night with plenty of awesome software, but basically no surprises…and as press conferences from the Big Three are all about the ‘wow’ factor, that’s definitely a letdown. Let’s hope Nintendo gives us good reason to cheer and chatter all day 
You can watch the event live at Kotaku, GameTrailers, 1up, IGN (Insider only), Gamespot, and G4, and a number of those sites (in addition to the ever-reliable Eurogamer) will be featuring live text blogging, as well. Enjoy the show!
Of course.. While I’m sleeping. Oh well.. I hope to wake to good news.

I agree with MS’ showing last night. There weren’t a whole lot of massive surprises, but the line-up is still solid regardless. Especially considering that everything they were showing is *supposed* to be out by the end of the year (sans Resident Evil 5, which looks awesome).
I think Nintendo will have a couple of unseen cards up their sleeves. Hopefully it’s good. I can’t wait.

Don’t hold your breath , there will be no megaton , they will show metroid and mario and smash and some DS games and that’s it, remember it’s a mini E3, may be at TGS .

dam that was a short showing for resident evil 5, it sounds awesome although the whole avoid the heat thingy sounds a bit too lost planetey for my liking
