Interviews Galore [Update]

Quite a few interviews to share with you today. First up, Next-Gen/Edge is featuring a one-on-one with Nintendo legend Takashi Tezuka, in which the Animal Crossing mastermind talks about sticking to his roots over the years. Unfortunately short, but it’s still a nice read.

Next up, IGN is hosting a developer’s blog for one of my most anticipated titles, Geometry Wars Galaxies for Wii & DS. The only problem is that the first and only post, a general Q&A interview, has mysteriously been ‘deleted by the user.’ Oh well. The basic gist was that both titles are coming along extremely well, and that Bizarre and Kuju are very excited about them. Also, they slightly favor the DS build’s precise controls at this point.

Finally and also at IGN, Bioware is talking about its confounding choice to make a Sonic RPG, and Wizardry is spilling the beans on its DS port of Dragon’s Lair. Which looks pretty awesome, by the way. I just can’t believe they’re cramming all that FMV onto one card!

[Update] The Geometry Wars Galaxies blog has been updated with an all-new post to take the place of the deleted interview, and lots of great info is divulged. Check it out here.

The Galaxy Wars interview was pretty good. I was able to read it the other day. Wonder what happened?

I’m not so excited about Dragon’s Lair, though. It’s been on literally every thing known to man at this point and the gap between the screens isn’t working out so nicely.
