You Do NOT Talk About Wii Fight Club
Online gaming… who needs online games?!?! With the Wii you can just play with and curse at random strangers in PERSON! There are a ton of Wii “social clubs” forming across the nation holding events. One upcoming Wii event is Wiimbledon (get it… it’s like Wii and Wimbledon combined… HA!) in Brooklyn, NY. It’s a singles and doubles tennis tournament being held at Brooklyn’s Barcade in late June.
If you feel like destroying something beautiful… another, more underground occurrence is the emergence of Wii Fight Clubs. Same concept as Wiimbledon, but using Wii Boxing instead of Wii Tennis as the showcase game. A little “Fight Club” is thrown into the mix by having these events be “exclusive” and in “secret” locations. No word if these flight clubs are also making their own glycerin and blowing up credit card buildings.
