Indy IV Updates Galore [Update]

With Indiana Jones IV already filming, the flow of news and rumors has really picked up steam in the last few days. This post is spoiler-free, but the links are anything but, so think twice before clicking!

On the people front, though Connery officially won’t be back (he says retirement is too much fun), veteran British thesps John Hurt (woohoo!) and Jim Broadbent (uh…he’s pretty cool, too!) have joined the film, and the official series website is featuring a Shia LaBeouf video blog in which the young actor gets all geeky over seeing Harrison Ford in Indy gear for the first time. Nice to know he’s a bona fide fan. In other news, some pretty cool rumors have been hitting regarding the film’s opening sequence.

As far as I’m concerned, everything sounds great thus far. Don’t know about you, but this is already making me feel like a kid again
