My favorite series hits the Virtual Console this week in the form of Golden Axe II. After all that monster killing, why not do something productive for your brain with Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree?

The BAD thing is: GBA is dead to developers.
The GOOD thing is: I still have so many GBA titles to play.

Yeah, the GBA has so many gems on it.
If you can’t find a game to play right now, look in the GBA library. There’s tons.

Lode Runner NES? Come on, I like Lode Runner as much as the next guy who played the ‘94 PC/Mac in his computer classes constantly for about three years of Junior High……. But we’ve already got Battle Load Runner for the Turbografx16!

Whilst it’s obviously cool that the Sonic titles are getting a release on the virtual console, you can buy the Sonic Gems and Mega Collections and obtain them all for a lot cheaper. Just thought I’d point it out…

Just a heads up, Big Brain Academy is $40 at Circuit City today. Its in store by 2pm or you get a $20 gift card, just like Super Paper Mario and Mario Party 8.

Haha, that reminds me of something that happened at a party last Saturday.
We were watching Legally Blo- I mean…Die Hard? - and a Wii/Brain Academy commercial came on. It was met by a chorus of “Guys I want a Wii”,”Wii’s are so awesome”. Then someone said “They’re not as good as they sound” and was immediately jumped by everyone in the room. Well, actually everyone just said “YES THEY ARE!!!”. But that would’ve been cool.

@ Jephso: Thanks for dropping the name of the Sonic collection (aptly named Sonic Mega Collection).

Sonic 2 Sucks.
Don’t even start me up with how much bullshit it is.
Now, Sonic 2 with the Knuckles expansion. Now that’s something. In the end, Sonic 3 & Knuckles = Best game ever. Endl; I wonder if they can dump that ROM. =O
Shiro786 - 06.12.07 10:44 am
Agreed with Shiro786. S3K was the best Sonic game to date.

That’s funny… On CompUSA’s ad they advertised for TouchMaster being out today. Other sites have said it’s out on the 27th. Any ideas?

I honestly do not like Sonic 3 at all, Knuckles or not.

Big Brain Academy is good.
Good, but not grand.
I’d pay 30 for it, tops. Don’t spend 50.
