I Am 8 Bit 2007 is coming! Next Tuesday (April 17) from 7 to 11pm you can get your retro art loving and buying groove on at Gallery 1988 in sunny LA. I’ll be there. Will you?
The show is open to the public and will include some of the following goodies:
1. Lots of kickass art (over 200 original pieces from over 100 artists)
2. A 5-and-a-half foot Atari 2600 controller
3. Mega Man 2600 Homebrew to celebrate the Blue Bomber’s 20th Anniversary
4. Free booze
5. Some other killer surprises
And how about a little sneak peak?
Be there or be pixelated.

I am so there. I kept missing previous galleries, but not this time.

“Oh no, theyre getting popular artists to them now?”
What are you blathering about? Gary Baseman did a piece the first year they had this, and he’s a far more well-known name than anyone on this year’s list.
