Mario Hoops Site Opens

The Japanese site for Mario Hoops 3on3 has just opened and it already has some cool stuff. A bunch of screenshots and some nice videos showing off each characters special move are available.

Like the rest of the Mario Sports titles, I love the concept artwork for this game. Just the subtle changes to the character designs are cool to look at and the energy of the characters is great. The last few Mario sports titles have entertained me, although they lacked depth. I hope this game is filled out a bit more (and I pray for a more robust sequel to Super Mario Strikers) and really marries Mario and Basketball for an awesome game. From what I’ve seen so far it seems like it’s on the right track.
