File this under cool! What a rush it must have been for this guy… Playing some of our favorite videogame music on a real pipe organ, just look at the size of that thing! I’m sure the sound in the actual room was nothing short of astounding - not to mention the great tunes being played, including music from: SuperMarioWorld, Legend of Zelda, Mario64, Chrono Trigger, FinalFantasys 9 and 6… and others.
Do yourself a favor and crank up the volume for this treat.

What other wierd things do people find on Google video?
Killa-JC - 06.30.06 4:33 pm
Can we do request? why don’t why guys interview him for the podcast show??
vakerorokero - 06.30.06 4:34 pm
The Super Mario World one was really impressive to me. The Zelda one sounded too much like the SMW one. And the rest, either I never heard the song, or in the case of Mario 64, never paid enough attention to it.

Where can I find a MP3.
Marc - 06.30.06 4:47 pm
I bet Halo music would sound great on that.
NoBullet - 06.30.06 5:06 pm
Killa, the first Zelda video (Wind Waker style) was cool. The other… not so much.
I’m a big fan of organ music. I wish somebody would play the soundtrack to FF4 (FF2 in the US) - LOVE that soundtrack.

Seriously amazing. The organ is such a beautiful and dark sounding instrument. As I heard the SMW castle theme start I couldn’t help but geek out and go ” OMG! NO WAYZ! LIEK OMG! ” and proceed giggling with joy. The LoZ and SM64 renditions were equally fantastic. Though I have beaten ChronoTrigger I didn’t really pay attention to the music during the fight with Magus, I was more concerned with staying alive, but now that I hear it on the organ it’s also incredible. This guy is so talented, having him on a podcast does seem like a great idea. Though I wasn’t familiar with the other songs I listened intently and found myself impressed, especially at the “solo” in the Naruto song.

Holy cow! Maybe it’s just me but a few of those songs made my hair stand up on my neck. Very awesome.
Kefka - 06.30.06 8:41 pm
Lord Kefka, your theme music was very win. ^^
Scentless - 06.30.06 9:52 pm
All of those songs were friggin’ awesome. I can’t believe you guys never paid attention to Magus’s Theme, it’s friggin awesome! I’m glad to be one of the few (that have posted so far) to say I’ve heard all but that FF9 song. Oh and Kefka>Sephiroth.

As an aspiring organist and a rather experienced pianist, I think I can safely say this guy is wonderfully talented.
Does it have his name anywhere?
RYOJI - 07.01.06 12:42 am
I’d like to hear Castlevania tunes from this guy
Zen - 07.01.06 2:05 am
Killa-JC: lol awesome vids, I enjoyed both flavors
Niero - 07.01.06 11:57 am
To answer Ryoji, on the video page, on the right it said Harold Rodriguez as the organist.

My favourite HAD to be the SM64 Bowser Boss, on the game it IS an organ so this was perfect. Felt like I was in a sanctuary…

I hate organs. Although the bowser one is nice.
Hurricane Mario - 07.02.06 3:40 am
liked the bowser tune
Ubersnuber - 07.02.06 11:02 am
Wow, this is truely some fantastic playing. I really appreciate the talents of people who can play instruments this well. I use to play the piano back in the day, but this organ piece by Harold Rodriguez is on a whole other level. From some truly great Nintendo music out of Super Mario World, Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda, to Final Fantasy…awesome work.
