Dream On Studio just released four new screenshots for Dead’n'Furious and 3 artwork, with these a complete site update.
Dead’n'Furious is an Arcade style shooter for the DS, you can either play through the game in single player, or two player coop.
Here are some key features about the game:
Innovation - On-Rails Shooter for the Nintendo DS.
DS Specific - Action orientated arcade style gameplay using DS specific features, tactile gameplay, double screen HUD and inventory.
Multiplayer Mode - Story mode available in co-op via WIFI.
Replay Value - Multiple endings, hidden secrets, unlockable items.
Immersive Storyline - Discover the truth.
Terrifying Levels - Four chapters of horror, suspense and action lurking around every corner.
Make sure to check out the website in the near future for new screenshots and first videos. Dead’n'Furious should be available in stores around Christmas time this year.
Now if we get some arcade style shooter on the Wii, I will be an happy man.

Wow, those screens look pretty good. The environments look a little sparse but for the DS, not bad at all. I would like to see this on the Wii.

I’m all for budget indie games, so long asI get them for a budget indie price. With only 4 chapters of House of the Dead action, I wouldn’t wanna pay more than 20$CAD for it. At 19.99$ brand new, IO might snap it right up if it got 7-8/10 from reviewers. Otherwise, there’s too many great games to justify the purchase of one good game for the same price.

Jaw70 - and poof goes their tenuous claim to innovation.

I dunno, that Japanese shooter looks a little more Hogan’s Alley and a little less Time Crisis than this game.
That said, the graphics look like something between Wolf3D and Doom, and I’d expect much better from a rail shooter. Yeah, I know, innovative gameplay is everything, but we’ve been playing rail shooters for like 20 years now.
