The infamous SPOnG is reporting that the big N will drop the bomb on us at E3! Allegedly, Miyamoto-san will be revealing a brand new IP game which will be playable on Revolution for show attendees, and… We will likely see Kid Icarus Revolution!
“The next little gem we have is the belief amongst trusted Japanese press sources that Nintendo will reveal a new Kid Icarus game for Revolution at E3. We have no other details at time of going to press, other than several sources we have worked with on major Nintendo news in the past indicate to us that this classic NES platformer will be revived in a few weeks.”
It is wise to take these rumors with a hefty serving of skepticism, but just hearing about a Kid Icarus revival is enough to make me want to do backflips!

It being called “Kid Icarus” or “Icarus”, I think they should change it. If the artwork is true, that Icarus isn’t a kid anymore (It’s like calling Robin “The Boy Wonder” when he is now considered as “The Teen Wonder”).
When it comes to health, well in Greek Mythology Apples were seen as energy rejuvenation. Instead of Eggplants, use something a little more common: Red Apples to restore Health, Green Apples to restore magic, and Oranges for both (sorta like Red/Gree/Blue potion of LoZ).
