Seems that Nintendo has noticed the popularity of the Super Mario Bros cell phone theme and has begun ‘Nintendo Mobility’.
This service, which is only available in Japan right now, lets you download ringtones and animated images. Subscribers will be able to obtain this content for a fee of 210 yen (2$) per month, although some material will be given for free.
Will we ever see classic Nintendo games on cell phones? Well, they sure to like to repackage older games, so its not out of the question. However, this deal with these service providers does not give them any game publishing or distribution rights.
