Wow, check out this new media for Ultimate Spider-Man. The Gamecube game looks awesome…perfectly captures the feel of the comic. The Ang Lee esque way that they split the screen into panels looks tight too.
Spideys voice sounds a little ‘tweeny’, but I can live with it. Swinging through the city looks perfect. And then theres Venom…they really nailed him. Big, angry and alien. Cool.
The DS version also looks great. Whereas last years Spider-Man game was pretty gimmicky with the touch screen, Ultimate Spider-Man looks to really incorporate it in a meaningful way. The 2.5D levels look much more fleshed out and the comic panels on both screens is nice too.
Cool video I can’t wait for this game.
