Hello Player 1
[OMG its the Revolution! No, really!!]

No, it’s not NintendoON. This video shows what appears to be students from Carnegie Mellon University showing a tech demo in which Mario is controlled using a VR system. It’s pretty old, but very fun to watch.

That’s kinda cool. Do you have any further info on this ‘game’?

Thanks for whoever uploaded the pic. My laptop has a virus so I’m not able to use SmartFTP to upload things to the server very often.
I really don’t know anything about this video except that it’s old and appears to be done as a student project at Carnegie Mellon. I just saw it at one of those Rev blogs and decided you guys would enjoy it here.

Mario looked more like Poppin’ Fresh! “I owe my robust physique to your tubes of triple-bleached goo.”
Well at least he scores in the end…

That video is from a live VR world performed during a special show at the main auditorium at Carnegie Mellon’s campus. It was created in a class called Building Virtual Worlds.
Although it’s a bit dated, you should know that 4 students made it in only 2 weeks.
