Superman Helps Kong

I was checking out the recent videos of Bryan Syigers Superman video blog on Blue Tights. Its pretty awesome to be able to have a running behind the scenes deal like this.
However, watch episode 7, ‘The Call.’ Peter Jackson, who was filming King Kong got so fatigued that he called Singer and asked him to come to New Zealand and help him finish shooting the movie. How cool is that? And since they arent even working for the same studio (Warner Bros and Universal) this must have really been a freindship/respect thing as opposed to a list of options the studio gave to Peter.
