Polarium has been out for awhile now and I thought I would reevaluate it. Plus, its a good excuse to give you guys some sweet Polarium wallpapers.
I still stand by my first impression…for the most part. I still believe that Polarium is a game that you really need to explore before you get something out of it. That said, Ive come to really enjoy challenge mode. It becomes very intuitive, yet still difficult as you get better. The graphics have also grown on me a little bit more. The black on white is simple and clean and I love it, even if the menus and buttons drive me crazy.
Overall Id say that I may have been a little critical of Polarium when I first got it. I still think it would be a much better deal at $20 instead of $30, but with time invested Ive really come under the charm of this deep two toned puzzler.

i agree, totally worth the buy, for the amount of time i’ve put in the game. still need to finish it. i think i’m close to 80% and i still need to finish the Challenge mode.

I’ve reached 100% just a few days ago, but challenge mode is impossible .. and i agree, it would achieve better market penetration with a $20 price tag

Actually, Fry’s in my area sold it for $22.95, so I had to buy it. No regrets here.

yeah, this game was defintly worth $20. $30 wasent too steep though…
