[Now Playing| RE4 - GC]

A company out of Korea has made a Korean/English, dictionary/translator. It also has a mode where the DS can be used as a calculaor. The interface is looking very nice, looks a little like pictochat. This bad boy looks like it will give students another excuse to bring their DS to class.

Did they honestly believe no one would find that title to be… rather funny?

Haha, yeah, the title is hilarious. But this is really, really good news for me and my wife–we’ve been looking into costly, ugly electronic Korean/English dictionaries lately, and were about to buy one out of need. This has completely eliminated that need!! It’s cool that DS is kinda starting to catch on here–PSP is taking all the limelight in the mainstream, but DS is gaining a big underground following. A pretty big achievement, considering Nintendo does absolutely no advertising/promotion here, and everything is imported from Japan. I’m seeing a DS on the subway about twice a week. This week it was a girl playing Warioware, last it was a guy with some of the fastest reflexes I’ve ever witnessed playing Band Brothers. Thanks again for the post~!

I completely agee with you guys…in fact I think that Nintendo should push more unique software for the DS, both in the US and Japan. I am really looking forward to the PDA style software to come…especially once the DS goes online. The more unique experiences for the DS (PDA, Mind Games, Electroplankton, Kirby, etc) the better…they are what makes the platform so great to begin with…
