This is not to be used for illegal gaming purposes. Understand, young man?
Check out this site that makes mod cases for the Gamecube (soon) and the PSTwo. Very cool. You still cant run DVDs or anything (well, maybe if you had Linux for the Cube) but you can run developmental software. Guaranteed to void any warranty you may have, but it could be fun!

I’m a little lost as to what this would do for you. Does this mean you could copy gamecube games to dvd-r media? I thought the gamecube dvd’s were proprietary media?
Or does the game you copy onto the disc need to be “hacked”?

I’m not sure either.

There is a video on filesharing networks showing someone using a DVD-R to play a copied GameCube game. They show it with the case cover of the GC, off, so the disc will fit.

wait, so what does this mean?
what can it play now? can i backup my gamecube games on to blank dvds and play them? can i play audio cds or dvds? and it says homebrew games, how do you make those? cause if i find out how, i would like to make a dvd type thing for gamecube, so i could watch movies on it.
