No, but seriously. It’s not going to be online, even though we’d all love it to. As shown at GDC, Nintendo was very proud that Mario Kart allowed up to 8 players, they made that very clear. So of course they showed off lan, etc. The evidence leads to LAN only, and that’s what I’m going with.

But then again, I don’t like getting my hopes up.

Mario Kart will be online, in June. If you understand what this means, you probably are very happy. If Mario Kart is the hit of June, Animal Crossing will be the hit of May. That’s right, only one month and a few weeks and we’re crossing into Animal Forest.

I think you need to contact stores not on the coastlines to gauge how the PSP is becoming one of the worst launches in history. I’m in St. Louis and this thing is easier to find than a Gamecube right now.

BTW, I highly doubt that MK will be Wi-Fi, however…any news on the release date of AC? I haven’t been keeping up with it, but I did hear that is was gauranteed to be Wi-Fi compatible. I first heard about the PSP in late 03, so while not unexpected, I really could careless about it, so I had no idea it was released just until a few days ago. However I did know it would be around this general time. PSP insufficient advertising? Please, every damn channel I watch I here “Take Me Out”. Far more often than I ever seen/see a DS commercial.

The fact is, I believe everyone said **** the PSP and just bought a ****ing DS instead.
