Sorry to disagree, but that Nike Warriors commerical is complete rubbish. First of all the music is annoying as hell and makes it very hard to ignore the shabby commercial. Secondly it has nothing to do with the product…as if buying nike shit is going to turn anyone into a pro athlete. Fuck Nike. Fuck the consumer whores who would actually purchase nike products after seeing such trash…..makes me want to go out and buy spandex? Yeah OGAY!!!!

Ok you lush! Anyway, I think the Nike commercial is awesome because it creates an experience. It doesnt simply say ‘buy me.’ Its not really even about the product, its about what it can do for you. Advertising is all about showing people that if they have a need, there is somthing out there to fufill it.

As an advertiser its your job to choose the things that you believe in, not sell people some crap they dont need. Most of the time Nike doesnt sell people shoes, they sell people the feeling that makes them want to go running or swimming or whatever.

Thats what good advertising should do. We dont need more bullshit shoved down our throats. However, if there is something out there that could make my life better, Id love to know about it.
