Mario Baseball Uniform Petition

Recently Nintendo announced Mario Baseball for the Gamecube. Considering how good Mario Power Tennis is I an certainly looking forward to this one. Nintendo sports games (i.e. more arcade like) are my speed when it comes to sports titles.
One thing concerns me though….why arent there any uniforms? For tennis and golf I can understand, but baseball? And just think how slick Mario would look in a uniform, particularly if he had the old style uniform with the long striped socks. So, Im starting a petition to send to Nintendo.
